When it comes to MMA, we know which women have given us plenty to remember. From Ronda Rousey and Amanda Nunes to Cat Zingano and Rose Namajunas, we know all about ’em.
But what about the lesser-known women of MMA? From Bellator to UFC, there are a handful to keep an eye on. And a few of them are making great strides in their respective classes. So, who should we be keeping an eye on?
We’ve boiled it down to 6 names…
6. Cláudia Gadelha
Cláudia Gadelha has a career record of 16-3 in MMA. She’s fought in the UFC since July 2014, compiling just a 5-3 record in that time. As of right now, she ranks No. 3 in the strawweight division. Despite her inconsistency in the UFC, Gadelha has won three of her last four fights.
Still only 29 years old, there’s plenty left for her to prove.
