After topping the Chargers, Steelers and Bengals in consecutive weeks, the Denver Broncos were right back in the thick of the AFC playoff race. But things are not going according to plan against the San Francisco 49ers today. For starters, they’re down 20-0 at halftime on the road against one of the league’s worst teams. Secondly, tight end George Kittle — who weighs 250 pounds — just went untouched on an 85-yard touchdown.
GEORGE KITTLE JUST WENT 85 YARDS! ?

In the first half, he has seven catches on eight targets for 210 yards and that score. The Broncos came into this one 10th in the AFC but with a real chance to get into the playoff picture. A win puts them at 7-6 and right back in the race. But if they lose to the 49ers on the road — and they’re halfway towards doing so — that’s it. The season might as well be over.
Let’s see if they can slow Kittle down in the second half. Of course, they’ll need to put some points on the board as well.
